- Tesamorelin is a man-made copy of a signal the body already uses. The signal asks the brain to let go of growth hormone.
- It has a small change built into one end. That change helps it last longer before it breaks down.

The powder is freeze dried. Dry powder keeps far better than liquid. Store the vial cool, dark and dry until you mix it.

Mixing it: read this first
This peptide is picky. Bacteriostatic water on its own can make it go thick, like jelly. A gelled vial is no good to you.
The mix that works is half and half. Half acetic acid, half bacteriostatic water. Add it slowly down the side of the glass. Do not shake it.
Keep the mixed vial cool and dark. Sunlight is bad for it.
Only trained lab staff should prep this, under their own written method. We cannot replace a vial that was spoiled during prep. This is handling information for a lab. It is not advice on using it in a person or an animal.
How to read our lab report
Every batch goes to Janoshik, an outside lab. We do not test our own work and then grade it ourselves. Two numbers matter on the sheet.
- Purity 99.401%. That is how much of the powder is the peptide, and not something else.
- Tested mass 10.39 mg. The label says 10mg. The lab weighed a bit more, not less. A short-filled vial cannot give you that number.
The report is dated 25 March 2026 and runs under task #123266. Open it. Check the name on the sheet. Check the batch number. Both should match what you are buying.
One thing a test sheet does not do. It does not prove the vial is sterile. Purity and sterility are two different tests, and this is the purity one.

Where tesamorelin stands in Canada
There is a real medicine made from this peptide. It is called EGRIFTA. Health Canada approved it in 2014, for one condition in people with HIV. A doctor has to prescribe it.
What we ship is not that. It is lab material, sold for research. It is not a medicine, it is not prescribed, and no pharmacy stocks it. Some shops hint that their vial is the same thing as the prescription drug. It is not.
