Red Leaf Research Labs ships Canadian orders using express service. This page explains the shipping process and the factors that can affect delivery.

Express service within Canada

All orders shipped within Canada use an express shipping service. Orders are prepared and transferred to the carrier after payment and order processing are complete.

Processing and delivery

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. An express service is selected for Canadian shipments, but a delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Destination, rural or remote service, weather, holidays, carrier volumes, service interruptions, and events outside our control can affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, use the carrier’s tracking record for the latest shipment status. Tracking scans can take time to appear after a label is created or a parcel is transferred to the carrier.

Shipping conditions

• Confirm that the shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting an order.
• Review tracking and delivery notices promptly.
• Contact us if a shipment appears delayed or the carrier reports an exception.
