Return & Refund Policy

1. Research Use Products Only

All products sold on this website are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not for human or animal use. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.

2. No Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped. This policy is in place to maintain product integrity, safety, and compliance.

3. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled only before shipment.

• Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or incorrect due to our error, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by providing:

• Your order number, and

• Photographic evidence of the issue.

Upon verification, we will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue store credit, at our discretion.

5. Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from this website, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized disputes may result in legal action to recover costs.
